Platinum Villa Rentals is based just off the main N-332 on the Orihuela Costa, 5 minutes drive from the large town of Torrevieja, and is managed and run by Deborah and Geoff Little who relocated to the area over 3 years ago in order to provide services to owners of property in the south Costa Blanca area.

Before making the decision to move to Spain, Deborah spent 10 years working for the UK's leading firm of national Surveyors where she gained extensive and valuable property knowledge. Geoff has spent more than 20 years working in the golf and sports turf industry achieving the position of Head Greenkeeper, before working for a leading sales and marketing company in this sector.

After running their own successful lawn spraying company in Florida, they began searching for a new challenge closer to 'home'.

They spent the next 15 months working closely with a leading property management company in Spain, at which time they decided to venture on their own. They bring with them a high level of customer satisfaction due to their combined years spent in the service industry.

After having a good look at many areas around Spain it was decided that an office on the Costa Blanca South was needed due to the many enquiries received for management services.

The aim of Platinum Villa Rentals is to remove the stress and strain of property ownership, leaving owners time to relax and enjoy their investment, and they will strive to treat their clients in a manner expected from such a professional Company.

Deborah and Geoff look forward to dealing with clients, both old and new.

Platinum Villa Rentals will be offering property management, short and long term rental services, key holding, and cleaning services on the Costa Blanca South, covering many areas around the Orihuela Costa such as Villamartin, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, La Zenia as well as all the local urbanisations - Los Balcones, Dream Hills, Los Altos, La Florida, Colinas de la Regia, Los Dolses, and all the golf complexes.
